智能聊天機器人，是TheraTalk x AXA Mind Healer計劃的接待員。她會幫助用戶了解TheraTalk x AXA Mind Healer計劃的各項服務，讓用戶認識網上輔導的流程，同時初步了解用戶的需要。Kelly 亦會於試用期結束後為用戶提供有關如何繼續使用TheraTalk服務的資訊。

Chatbot Kelly is our welcome receptionist. She helps the clients of TheraTalk x AXA Mind Healer program to learn about our services and explains how online counseling works. Kelly also conducts preliminary screening for our clients. At the end of the trial period, Kelly will provide information with regards to the options and how to continue to use TheraTalk services.
