TheraTalk的客戶服務人員，致力幫助用戶了解我們的服務，解答客戶問題，讓客戶更了解網上輔導的流程。客戶服務人員主要提供正式輔導開始之前的支援，並會根據用戶的需要為他們配對指定輔導員。

TheraTalk's customer service staff. She/he helps our clients to answer technical questions, explain more about our services, clarify any questions around online counseling and allocate the designated counselor for our clients.
