It can be difficult to wait days or weeks until your face to face appointment with your counselor. With TheraTalk, you can send your counselor messages whenever you’re with your mobile phone. Your conversation carries over seamlessly across devices and uses banking-grade encryption to keep it safe and confidential.
The Matching Process

Complete the screening with our artificial intelligence chatbot (Amy).
2.
Enter Payment Method
Fill in your name, email and payment method, the first 3 days is FREE, recurring plan starts after the trial period at $298/week.

Match with a Counselor
Amy will gather information about your status, then our customer service representative will match you with one of our professional counselors
Your counselor will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours after the matching.
4.
Begin!
Start messaging your counselor anytime anywhere, or set up a consultation with your counselor via our messaging service.
Real-time psychological consultation services are available by appointment with your counselor.
