How Does it Work?

Convenient counseling services from your mobile phone

It can be difficult to wait days or weeks until your face to face appointment with your counselor. With TheraTalk, you can send your counselor messages whenever you’re with your mobile phone. Your conversation carries over seamlessly across devices and uses banking-grade encryption to keep it safe and confidential.

The Matching Process

Getting Started

Contact us to receive an invitation email from the Healthie platform. You will register an account with us, complete a consent form and intake questionnaire to help us understand your mental health needs.

Match with a Counselor

After reviewing your mental health needs, our customer service representative will match you with one of our professional counselors

Your counselor will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours after the matching.

3.

Enter Payment Method

Your counselor will send you a link to enter payment information to complete the subscription. Fill in your name, email and payment method, recurring plan starts at $349/week.

Start messaging your counselor anytime anywhere, or set up a consultation with your counselor via our messaging service.
